ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a business-to-business outside sales role, primarily focused on new client acquisition at the start, and eventually creating a self-sustaining book of business based on referrals and sales to existing clients.
You'll build a local territory by meeting with self-employed individuals, small business owners, and their staff to gain new clients.
You'll help protect individuals and families by enrolling them in critical illness and accidental injury protection, helping provide a backup plan to protect their income and their assets.
Training and systems are provided, including field training with top producers, weekly technical training, and a proprietary CRM to streamline prospecting and follow-up.
