ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Business-to-Business sales professional, you'll network with and enroll small business owners, their staff, and self-employed professionals.

You'll prospect, present, set up new accounts, and enroll employees in coverage.

We'll also train you how to become an expert at generating referrals and recurring business - this career gets easier and more lucrative the longer you do it. 

We provide classroom training, field coaching with top producers, and proven systems to help you hit the ground running.

You own your schedule, and it's more about helping you reach YOUR goals, NOT a sales quota that we give you. We'll lead by example and train you on how top producers create their schedules and gameplans.
